6:45 - 8 Country Dinner and Dessert
Dinner will be a Spring Saute with turkey, asparagus and leeks in a creamy mushroom sauce over rice, featuring organic mushrooms from the NHMC. Seasonal greens with maple balsamic vinaigrette, fresh baked bread with roasted garlic butter, and ending with mixed berries with lemon curd and fresh cream for dessert.

Sorry I missed this wonderful event. Sounds like everyone had a great time, from mushroom farm tours, and Remick Museum tours and good food and great company.
